Job Summary

Resometa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Graphic Design Tutor & Trainer who can deliver structured graphic design training while mentoring students through real-world client projects. The role requires strong practical expertise, professional design execution, and the ability to translate industry workflows into classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional training sessions in Graphic Design fundamentals and industry tools.
• Teach and demonstrate tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Plan and execute hands-on learning modules, live demonstrations, and practical assignments.
• Guide students in working on live client projects managed by Resometa Technologies.
• Ensure students follow professional design standards while executing branding, social media creatives, marketing assets, and layouts.
• Review student assignments, provide structured feedback, and support continuous improvement.
• Assist students in building industry-ready portfolios using real client work.
• Monitor student attendance, performance, and project progress through CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training outcomes with client project requirements.
• Support demo sessions, workshops, and institutional training programs when required.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, software updates, and industry practices, and integrate them into the training curriculum.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Hands-on expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Experience working on real client projects in a professional environment.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a trainer, tutor, or mentor.
• Exposure to branding, social media design, and marketing creatives.
• Basic knowledge of UI design is an added advantage.
