About the Role

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and design layouts, graphics, and visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and other brand collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand design requirements and project goals.
  • Develop concepts, mockups, and prototypes that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Edit and retouch images, create infographics, and prepare files for print and digital publishing.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and quality standards across all design outputs.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in

    Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts

    , or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience as a

    Graphic Designer

    or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as

    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

    ,

    Figma

    ,

    Sketch

    , or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Experience in both digital and print design workflows.
  • Knowledge of image editing, vector graphics, and file preparation for print and web.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with

    motion graphics

    and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with

    branding, logo design

    , and corporate identity development.
  • Knowledge of

    web design

    , HTML/CSS basics, and responsive design concepts.
  • Ability to work with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
