Required Skills & Qualifications: • Basic to intermediate knowledge of switching (VLAN, trunking, STP) and routing (static/dynamic). • Hands-on experience with Access Point deployment and wireless controller setup (preferred). • Familiarity with IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, NAT. • Experience in using tools like ping, tracert, packet capture for troubleshooting. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing paid campaigns, managing listings, running in-platform ads, and increasing conversions — ensuring revenue growth and brand visibility across all online channels. Key responsibilities Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube , and other platforms. Monitor key metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions . Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ads and landing pages. Support SEO and PR initiatives to improve brand visibility and organic growth. Marketplace Management Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms . Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better search ranking and conversions. Run in-platform ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) and manage promotions or seasonal campaigns. Track inventory, pricing, competitor activity, and sales performance.
