We are looking for a creative and responsible Graphic Designer who can create Marathi political designs, social media posts, banners, reels graphics, election campaigns, and influencer-style content for public representatives. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Create Marathi political graphics for social media (FB, Insta, X, WhatsApp). Design campaign creatives, banners, hoardings, brochures, flyers, invitations, etc. Understand political tone—formal, assertive, influential—and design accordingly. Work closely with the media team to develop daily social media posts. Design festive greetings, achievements posts, constituency work updates, etc. Create thumbnail designs, reels overlays, motion graphics (basic). Ensure branding consistency across all political content. 🔹 Skills Required Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Premier/After Effects is a plus). Ability to type & design in Marathi (Unicode typing required). Understanding of political communication, colour themes, and sentiment-based design. Creativity + speed (ability to deliver designs quickly for breaking updates). Basic knowledge of social media trends & formats. 🔹 Eligibility12th Pass / Graduate Prior experience in political design preferred Must be able to work under timelines
