Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual composition, a passion for design, and the ability to transform ideas into visually engaging materials across digital and print media. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create consistent, on-brand designs that enhance our brand identity and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics, posters, flyers, banners, brochures, and digital ads for training programs and courses.
• Develop and maintain the institution’s visual identity and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Create engaging graphics and layouts for web pages, e-learning platforms, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with instructors and the marketing team to visualize technical topics in clear, creative ways (e.g., infographics, diagrams, or course thumbnails).
• Design certificates, course catalogs, and event branding materials.
• Edit photos and videos for online content and advertisements.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer — preferably in an educational or technology-related environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and/or tools like Figma, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Ability to translate technical and software-related concepts into engaging visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and marketing teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,825.89 - ₹20,000.00 per month
