Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling marketing materials that align with our brand and effectively promote real estate projects, properties, and services. This role requires strong creativity, proficiency in design software, and an understanding of the real estate industry’s marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for brochures, flyers, property catalogs, hoardings, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
• Design layouts for project branding, logos, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop creative content for website, landing pages, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to design property presentations, investor decks, and promotional kits.
• Edit and retouch property images, floor plans, and 3D renders for marketing use.
• Design exhibition/event branding material such as backdrops, standees, and booth graphics.
• Stay updated with design trends in real estate marketing, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma etc.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro/After Effects) is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or related design work.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
