Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and lead the visual execution of our social media and marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling, on-brand designs that engage our audience across digital platforms and support our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design static and motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Develop marketing collateral including emailers, ads, posters, brochures, and pitch decks.
Translate brand guidelines into consistent visual content across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to execute campaign ideas visually.
Adapt and resize creatives for different platforms and formats.
Stay updated with design trends and platform-specific best practices.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent tools (e.g. Figma, Canva, etc.)
Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives and marketing design work.
Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to take direction and feedback, and deliver within deadlines.
Motion graphics/animation skills are a strong plus.
Bonus: Experience working with interior design or creative brands.

Familiarity with content planning tools (e.g., Buffer, Later).
Basic video editing skills.
Photography or illustration abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
