Graphic Designer Calicut Department Design Remote Job posted on March 20, 2025 Who youll work with As a Graphic Designer at Sharaf Strategy Consultants, you will collaborate closely with marketing teams, product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to create engaging visuals that align with our brand strategy. You ll work on branding projects, digital campaigns, and creatives for user interface designs, ensuring a cohesive and visually striking presence across all platforms. What youll do Create high-quality, visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including marketing collaterals, reports, infographics, and social media graphics. Ensure brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards across all projects. Develop visually engaging presentations for client meetings, workshops, and internal use. Collaborate with marketing, content, and consulting teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives. Brainstorm and contribute innovative design ideas to enhance creative output. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the team. Conduct competitor and market research to create innovative and competitive designs. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in graphic design (or an exceptional portfolio for freshers). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects). Experience in Figma for designing marketing collaterals, infographics, and brand assets using collaborative and design system features. Expertise in corporate branding, UI graphics, and digital marketing designs. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Familiarity with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Sensei) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently. Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
