Role & responsibilities

Design Leadership & Strategy

- Lead and manage the graphic design and UI/UX function, defining design vision, frameworks, and best practices.

- Own the end-to-end design process for websites and digital interfacesfrom concept to final delivery.

- Establish and maintain brand consistency across all digital and visual assets.

- Build, mentor, and review the performance of designers (graphic, UI/UX, motion, etc.).

UI/UX Design (Web Focused)

- Drive user-centric design for websites, landing pages, dashboards, and web applications.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

- Translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable UI/UX solutions.

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

Graphic & Visual Design

- Oversee creation of marketing creatives, digital campaigns, presentations, and brand collateral.

- Ensure high standards of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

- Review and approve all design outputs for quality and alignment with objectives.

AI Tools & Design Innovation

- Actively use and champion AI-driven design tools to improve efficiency, ideation, and design workflows.

- Stay updated on emerging AI trends in UI/UX, graphic design, and creative automation.

- Integrate AI tools responsibly while maintaining design originality and brand integrity.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and leadership teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

- Present design concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

- Manage timelines, priorities, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

(Mandatory)

- 2 to 6 years of experience in graphic design and UI/UX, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong expertise in UI/UX design for websites (desktop and responsive).

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).

- Hands-on experience with AI tools relevant to design and UI/UX (e.g., AI-based image generation, UX research tools, design automation, prototyping assistants).

- Strong portfolio showcasing web UI/UX, visual design, and brand-led projects.
