Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with prior experience in the real estate sector (preferably working with developers). You will be responsible for crafting visually stunning marketing collaterals that align with our luxury brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Design brochures, brand books, flyers, hoardings, and digital creatives for real estate projects.
✔ Ensure visual consistency across all brand materials.
✔ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and branding teams to create compelling designs.✔ Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.✔ Stay updated with the latest design trends in real estate and luxury branding.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
✅ Strong portfolio showcasing real estate brochures, branding, and marketing collaterals.
✅ Excellent grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
✅ Ability to take feedback and iterate designs efficiently.

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

✔ Knowledge of Premiere Pro/After Effects (video editing).
✔ Experience with luxury real estate or developer clients.
