Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and fast-working Graphic Designer to join our election campaign team in Bihar. The ideal candidate should be able to create eye-catching visuals that connect with voters and communicate political messages effectively across social media, print, and outdoor platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design social media creatives, posters, banners, reels thumbnails, and short video graphics for election campaigns.
Create branding material such as candidate profiles, party posters, voter awareness designs, and digital ads.
Work closely with the content and strategy team to deliver visuals aligned with the campaign message.
Adapt designs for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and outdoor hoardings.
Ensure quick turnaround time and maintain consistency in campaign look and feel.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and After Effects (optional).
Strong sense of color, typography, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design requests.
Prior experience in political or election-related campaigns is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Hindi and local Bihar dialects preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
