Description
As a Graphic Designer, Studio Production at Gallagher, you will be part of a global studio team responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely release of Art deliverables to support Marcom clients in their respective time zones/regions. **Responsibilities:** - Ensure flawless execution of design concepts and templates developed by Art and external agencies. - Efficiently manage a high volume of production edits, updates, and revisions to existing projects or templated creative. - Ensure all work meets project brief requirements, undergoes quality control measures, and is accurate, technically correct, high quality, and press- or user-ready. - Maintain a creative, consistent look and feel that aligns with brand standards and other criteria influencing the overall quality of the business. - Design marketing materials across various mediums based on brand guidelines, project summaries, and input from creative briefs. - Manage multiple projects and tasks using Workfront (project management software) and guidance from the Studio Lead to meet strict deadlines. - Demonstrate strong understanding of production design, creative development process, and industry standards including graphic design, digital layouts, prepress, typography, color, retouching, and infographic design. - Act as a strong communicator, ask relevant questions, learn from mistakes, and follow directions and constructive criticism to consistently improve in the role. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience. - 3-5 years of related work experience supporting clients in a high-traffic design environment, preferably in an agency or similar setting servicing internal or external clients. - Advanced knowledge of production-level design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, specifically Photoshop and InDesign. - Experience in creating and applying social media and web-based graphic/asset guidelines and best practices. - Highly organized with the ability to manage a large volume of projects and related files. **Desirable Skills & Experience:** - Previous experience using Workfront is a plus. - Knowledge of large format print production and large brochure standard setup is beneficial. - Experience in motion graphics/video editing is advantageous. - Display a demeanor and attitude that fosters a culture of collaboration. - Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
