Graphic Designer – Premium Printing & Packaging

About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and designing innovative packaging, labels, cartons, and marketing materials for our premium printing and paper converting business. Key Responsibilities: Develop design concepts for packaging products including boxes, cartons, labels, and promotional materials. Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with customer expectations. Prepare print-ready files and ensure high standards of design accuracy and quality. Collaborate with vendors, pre-press teams, and printers to oversee output quality and material compatibility. Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and client projects. Keep up-to-date with design trends, materials, and innovations in the packaging industry. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry (preferably with paper convertors). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)/CorelDraw. Uderstanding of print processes, dielines, color management, and material usage. Attention to detail and time management skills. Creative thinking with a passion for premium, luxury, or eco-friendly packaging. Preferred: Knowledge of sustainable packaging trends and finishes (foiling, embossing, UV, etc.).
