Role Overview We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually compelling designs. This role is ideal for a motivated fresher or early-career designer eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment while working on real-world digital marketing projects. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and branding Create banners, posters, thumbnails, and marketing creatives aligned with brand guidelines Assist with short-form video editing for reels and promotional content Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms Revise and optimize designs based on internal feedback and client inputs Required Skills & Tools Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe Premiere Pro Familiarity with CorelDRAW Understanding of digital and social media design formats Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics Preferred Qualifications Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred, not mandatory) Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines What We Offer Hands-on experience with real client projects A professional and creative work environment Learning and growth opportunities in digital marketing and design Performance-based career advancement
