Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer, your primary role will be to develop designs for various print and digital mediums, ensuring they align with brand identity and campaign goals. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create visually appealing designs that resonate with the target audience. Additionally, you will stay updated on design trends and market aesthetics to bring fresh ideas to the table. Key Responsibilities: - Develop designs for print and digital mediums such as brochures, catalogues, social media posters, website images, packaging, and promotional materials. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with brand identity and campaign goals. - Maintain organized files of completed projects for easy access and future reference. - Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all creative assets. - Stay updated with current design trends and footwear market aesthetics. - Prepare layouts, mockups, and prototypes for internal review and approvals. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Provide support for video editing, animation, or motion graphics tasks when required. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. - Proven experience as a graphic designer, with 2+ years preferred, ideally in retail, fashion, or product-based industries. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design work. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, or similar tools. - Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles. - Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
