Key Responsibilities

Design and develop visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and print materials.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
Transform concepts into compelling visual stories aligned with brand guidelines.
Create brochures, flyers, ads, banners, social posts, infographics, and pitch decks.
Revise and refine designs based on internal feedback and campaign performance insights.
Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and meet quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.
Good understanding of branding, layout principles, typography, and color theory.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience in UI/UX design or working with developers.
Photography or illustration skills.
