Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing compelling artwork for a wide range of paper-based and digital products. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure brand consistency and executing production accurately. You should have a passion for creative design, print techniques, and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Design compelling artwork for products such as cards, posters, and packaging. - Create visually engaging assets for websites, social media, and digital platforms. - Prepare print-ready files with attention to layout, color accuracy, bleed, and resolution. - Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. - Stay updated with printing techniques and collaborate with printers for accurate production. - Participate in concept development and brainstorming sessions for seasonal and promotional designs. - Utilize photography skills for styling and shooting product images. - Maintain a strong sense of layout, typography, and visual balance in all designs. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva. - Strong understanding of print design processes and specifications. - Experience with product packaging, stationery, or paper goods design is a plus. - Basic knowledge and passion for photography, preferably product or lifestyle photography. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving mindset. - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team. Qualifications: - Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Experience working in a printing press, stationery, or creative product company. - Familiarity with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and InDesign is a bonus. In case you are based in Goa, we would prefer you to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Panjim before starting work. The job types available include full-time, part-time, fresher, and freelance opportunities with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday and weekend availability for work.,
