Location: Kottayam
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Second Saturdays off)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Mentorcrafts. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, be proficient in industry-standard tools, and have an eye for aesthetics and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for both digital and print media.
• Develop creative assets for marketing, social media, and branding projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to deliver engaging visuals.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Edit images, graphics, and layouts for various campaigns.
• (Bonus) Assist with intermediate-level video editing projects.

Requirements:

• Strong graphic design skills with a good sense of typography, color, and layout.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (freshers with exceptional portfolios may apply).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Open to male or female candidates.

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
