Graphic Designer (Manager)

Role Overview We are seeking a versatile and highly experienced Graphic Design Manager with 7+ years of expertise across both print and digital platforms. Role & responsibilities 1. Conceptualise and execute designs for both print and digital materials, including brochures, magazines, posters, packaging, and social media assets. 2. 3. Develop branding and promotional materials across various media, ensuring design consistency. 4. Manage prepress workflows and collaborate with vendors to deliver high-quality print outputs. 5. Create layouts for marketing campaigns and corporate communication materials. 6. Create layouts for digital projects such as web banners, presentations, and email templates. 7. Stay current with design trends, tools, and printing technologies. Design Skills - Web Design - UI Design - Graphic Design - Branding - Prototyping - Typography - Infographics - Photography - HTML/CSS Basics Required Tools and Software Proficiency - Adobe Creative Suite: - InDesign: Advanced skills in layouts for print. - Photoshop: Image editing and retouching. - Illustrator: Vector graphics and illustrations. - Acrobat Pro: Optimising and preparing PDFs for prepress workflows. - CorelDRAW (Preferred): Additional print design precision. - Prepress tools such as PitStop Pro and colour management tools (e.g., X-Rite). - Familiarity with Pantone colour systems for accurate colour management. - HTML/CSS Basics: Ability to tweak designs for web use. - Mockup tools like Artboard Studio or similar platforms for presenting concepts. - Microsoft Office: For presentations and documentation. Preferred Skills - Strong understanding of printing processes, including offset, digital, and large-format printing. - Expertise in packaging design, environmental graphics, and tactile marketing materials. - Creative problem-solving and adaptability across media. Soft Skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Detail-oriented and proactive in feedback-driven projects.
