Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring visual ideas to life through high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts. The ideal candidate will work closely with our content and video teams to design visuals that enhance learning experiences. You should be comfortable working with storyboards and able to create custom illustrations, infographics, and graphs that align with video scripts and concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design custom illustrations, icons, graphs, and visual assets based on provided storyboards for eLearning and explainer videos.
• Create social media creatives, marketing collateral, and digital design assets as needed.
• Collaborate with the video editors and instructional designers to align visuals with video narratives.
• Translate content ideas into clear, engaging visual formats.
• Maintain brand consistency and follow design guidelines across projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro (preferred).
• Ability to design infographics, educational visuals, and data-driven graphics like charts and graphs.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Fluent in English with effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on eLearning, educational, or corporate explainer content.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other digital design tools.
• Basic animation or motion graphics knowledge.
