Your role as the visual storyteller of our brand is crucial in ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experience across various platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design intuitive and user-centric UI/UX elements for web and mobile apps - Create eye-catching graphics, icons, banners, and illustrations that align with our brand identity - Develop engaging marketing collateral and social media visuals - Handle video editing and motion graphics for product demos, social campaigns, and tutorials - Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to deliver cohesive visuals - Maintain brand consistency and evolve the design language across all channels - Stay updated with design trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance user engagement **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and illustration - Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing skills - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools - Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for UI/UX workflows - Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding - Video editing skills to create short marketing clips and product videos - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Attention to detail and dedication to delivering pixel-perfect designs **Additional Company Details:** At Xysma Recyclotech Solutions Pvt.
