About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Ideate, brainstorm, and collaborate with the creative and account management team 2. Apply graphic design knowledge to design logos, brand guidelines, product packaging, emailers, catalogues, newsletters, social media posts, and carousels 3. Create and edit social media videos and reels 4. Apply creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to generate unique design solutions 5. Engage in creative tasks including website, UI, and UX design Requirements: 1. Hold a bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field 2. Possess 1-3 years of work experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content design, branding, digital design, and video editing 3. Demonstrate strong design skills with attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines 4. Show proficiency in Adobe Creative Design Suite including Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro 5. Have basic knowledge of AI image generation tools like Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, or DALL-E 6. Understand video content creation including social media videos, Instagram reels, and stories 7.
