Graphic Designer Intern

About the Role:

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for designing high-impact visuals for digital platforms, including social media, internal communications, and branding campaigns. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates who are highly creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about building a career in design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Create carousels, posters, banners, reel covers, brochures, and marketing materials
• Support the content, marketing, and HR/recruitment teams with design needs
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and templates
• Work on internal branding and recruitment campaign graphics
• Edit and enhance visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Manage and organize all design assets and project files
• Stay up to date with design trends and suggest creative improvements

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Canva is a must
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work with brand guidelines while adding creative input
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics
• Ability to handle feedback and revise designs quickly
• Portfolio or sample work is preferred
