Job Title: Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-impact marketing materials that attract buyers, renters, and investors, while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collateral including property brochures, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, signage, and presentation decks.
• Create and edit promotional videos, virtual tours, and digital walkthroughs (preferred but not mandatory).
• Develop visual content for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute real estate campaigns.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Prepare print-ready and web-optimized files as needed.
• Work on website graphics, landing pages, and blog imagery to support the digital marketing team.
• Stay up to date with design trends in the real estate and property development sectors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (real estate or property industry is a plus).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus).
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is advantageous.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print design projects.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of real estate marketing principles is a plus.
