Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Logo Design:

• Conceptualise and create impactful and memorable logos that align with the brand's vision and identity. • Deliver multiple logo options and iterate based on feedback.

Marketing Collaterals:

• Design brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and other printed materials.
• Maintain consistency with the brand guidelines across all designs.

Digital Banners:

• Create web banners, social media graphics, and advertisements optimised for digital platforms.
• Adapt designs to different resolutions and formats as needed.

Campaign Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Ensure designs are aligned with the overall strategy and message.

Brand Identity:

• Maintain and enhance the visual consistency of the brand across all deliverables.
• Develop style guides and templates to streamline future design work.

File Preparation: Prepare and optimize files for both digital and print production.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing logos, banners, flyers, and marketing materials.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital optimisation.

Creativity:

• Strong ability to think creatively and produce original designs.

Attention to Detail:

• Exceptional precision and commitment to quality in design execution.

Time Management:

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to present ideas and incorporate feedback effectively.
