About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message across various platforms, both digital and print. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce digital assets for social media, email campaigns, websites, and ads Create print materials including brochures, banners, posters, packaging, and more Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts Maintain brand consistency across all visuals Edit and retouch images as needed Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback Stay updated with design trends and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with Figma, Canva, or other design tools Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple platforms Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to take feedback constructively and meet deadlines Preferred (But Not Mandatory): Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles Experience with print production Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,922.51 - ₹50,776.04 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
