About the Role

Hiray Media and Technology is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience in digital and print media, and the ability to handle multiple design projects with professionalism and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality graphics for social media, websites, branding, brochures, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Create visually appealing logos, infographics, banners, flyers, and digital creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the marketing and content team to produce engaging visual concepts.
• Edit and enhance images, product photos, and creative assets as required.
• Understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure consistency across all designs.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW
• Canva / Figma (optional but preferred)
• Strong sense of layout, color combinations, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to convert concepts into clean, modern, and impactful designs.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

Additional Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of UI/UX design basics.
• Experience creating branding kits and corporate identity materials.
• Ability to design digital ads for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Experience handling print-related designs (bleeds, print sizes, color formats).
