JOB SUMMARY

Hayath medicare super speciality hospital is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will design engaging visuals that communicate our hospital’s mission, promote health services, and enhance our brand presence across digital and print platforms. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all materials reflect professionalism, compassion, and the quality of care we provide to our patients and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media graphics.
  • Develop digital content for hospital websites, newsletters, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, communications, and clinical teams to create campaigns that align with hospital branding and objectives.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity and ensure all designs follow hospital brand guidelines.
  • Assist in photography, image editing, and occasional video creation.
  • Prepare files for printing and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Stay updated on design trends, healthcare communication styles, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of graphic design experience (healthcare or nonprofit experience is a plus).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for healthcare organizations or patient education materials.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and digital marketing basics.
