Job Summary

Responsibilities:

• Design Creation

  : Develop visually engaging designs for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, presentations, and advertising.

• Brand Alignment

  : Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.

• Collaborative Projects

  : Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to create cohesive visual assets that support campaigns and product launches.

• Conceptualization

  : Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for new design projects, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Feedback Incorporation

  : Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to ensure optimal results.

• Project Management

  : Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Experience

  : 3-7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.

• Portfolio

  : A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and capabilities in both digital and print media.

• Technical Skills

  :
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.

• Creativity and Adaptability

  : Strong eye for aesthetics, color, and layout; ability to think outside the box.

• Communication

  : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively.

• Attention to Detail

  : Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work with minimal errors.

• Time Management

  : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-

paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree

  in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in web design and knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
• Understanding of current design trends, typography, and color theory.
