Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Graphic Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to contribute to our creative projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity and expertise in graphic design tools. They will work closely with our marketing and design teams to produce high-quality visuals that align with our brand's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design creative graphics for various platforms including web, social media, print, and more.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that supports marketing campaigns and company initiatives.

Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall design strategy.

Requirements:

3+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and proficiency in industry-standard tools.

Expertise in graphic design software, including but not limited to:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Figma and Framer (for UI/UX design)

Experience in motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Basic Video Editing understanding

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the role.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a bonus.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, Jira) for workflow management.
