Graphic Designer

You will be responsible for creating and designing various materials for digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, from the design concept phase to project completion. It is crucial to ensure that projects are finished promptly while maintaining high-quality standards. You will provide guidance on best practices and optimizations throughout the design process and work proficiently with a variety of media and graphic design software. Additionally, you will be tasked with establishing the creative direction for the company within brand guidelines, managing multiple projects within design specifications and budget constraints, determining the voice and messaging for graphic design pieces, and incorporating feedback and changes when necessary. Your role will involve creating visualizations that effectively convey the project's messaging. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in graphic design and possess a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Clouds is a must, along with familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop. A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail are essential, as well as the ability to work systematically and meet deadlines consistently. Qualifications for this position include a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred) and 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.
