Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production design quality, accuracy, and proper releasing of art deliverables. Reporting to the Studio Production Manager, you will be an essential member of the US Art Studio team, contributing your expertise in production design and artist experience, preferably in an agency setting. Your keen eye for detail, extensive knowledge of Adobe CC software, and standard industry skillsets will be invaluable in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include executing design concepts and utilizing templates developed by Art and external agencies. You will efficiently manage a high volume of production edits, updates, and revisions, ensuring that all work meets project brief requirements, adheres to quality control measures, and is technically correct and press-ready. Maintaining a creative and consistent look that aligns with brand standards across various marketing pieces, both print and digital, will be essential. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience, along with 3-5 years of related work experience in a high-traffic design environment. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects, is crucial, as well as experience with social media and web-based graphic guidelines. Your ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and collaborate with team members will be key to your success. At Arthur J.
