Graphic Designer- Fresher

As a Fresher Graphic Designer at our UK based company, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual content for both digital and print platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating visually appealing content for social media, website banners, email newsletters, and online advertisements. - Designing marketing materials for print such as brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations, ensuring they meet quality standards. - Assisting in developing brand identity guidelines including logos, color palettes, and typography. - Collaborating with marketing and content teams to execute creative concepts for campaigns and projects. You will also be involved in video editing and production tasks, such as: - Editing high-quality video content for social media and promotional campaigns. - Creating motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects to enhance video content. - Managing video and graphic assets to ensure a clean and accessible library for future use. - Supporting the end-to-end video production process, from concept development to post-production. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field. A strong portfolio can substitute for formal education. - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. - Fundamental Knowledge: Understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and basic video production workflows. - Soft Skills: Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, communication skills, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
