Location: Serampore, Hooghly (Preference for nearby candidates)

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Experience: Fresher (0 – 6 months)

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Shift: Evening (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) / Night (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

What This Position Is About

As a Fresher Graphic Designer, you will support our research and design teams by creating engaging digital visuals. You will learn and apply industry-standard design practices while contributing to branding, social media, and Digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics, posters, marketing creatives, and website visuals.
• Assist in developing branding materials such as logos, brochures, and banners.
• Ensure consistency of design across all projects and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Ensure excellence in all creative with a keen eye for typography & graphic design.
• Work efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Apply creativity while understanding brand standards.
• Collaborate with designers and research teams.
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
• Support basic video editing for promotional content.

Who Can Apply

• Freshers with a strong design portfolio.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Canva (knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign & Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
• Basic English communication skills for team collaboration.
