Position: Graphics Designer
Location: Kharadi, Pune

Requisites:

• A portfolio showcasing creative skills and design capabilities (student projects, internships, or freelance work are welcome).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Assist in the development of visual assets for advertisements, product packaging, and promotional materials.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas aligned with our brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Support the design team in creating layouts and selecting color palettes, typography, and visual styles.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design quality.
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual content.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects with guidance from senior designers.
