As a Graphic Designer at Flynaut, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and attention to detail through designing engaging 2D and 3D animations for various digital platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create high-quality visual content that aligns with our branding and client objectives. By translating creative briefs into visually appealing animations, you will play a key role in delivering compelling visual experiences that stand out. Your responsibilities will include designing animations for digital campaigns, UI elements, product videos, and marketing materials. Working closely with product, marketing, and development teams, you will ensure that the visual assets meet the specified requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in creating storyboards, visual layouts, and animated graphics that effectively convey key messaging and emotions. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both 2D and 3D animation projects. Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Blender/Cinema 4D/Maya (or equivalent for 3D animation) is essential. Your excellent sense of motion, timing, storytelling, and composition will be crucial in producing impactful animations. Moreover, your understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy will contribute to the overall quality of your designs. With at least 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design and animation, you should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining consistency. Your ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback will be valuable in refining your designs. Staying updated with design trends and animation technologies is encouraged to ensure continuous enhancement of quality and innovation. Although not mandatory, experience in a digital agency or startup environment, knowledge of video editing and post-production, familiarity with interactive design and UI animations, and exposure to AR/VR animation would be advantageous.
