Key Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Identity

  • Design and evolve

    brand systems, logos, typography, color palettes, and visual frameworks

    for ExperGo and client brands.
  • Maintain

    visual consistency and quality

    across digital and print assets.

Website & Digital Experience Design

  • Revamp and design

    ExperGos websites

    (e.g., expergotech.com, Risk Studio microsite, Digify page).
  • Design and collaborate on

    client website revamps

    , ensuring UI/UX consistency, responsive layouts, and clear visual storytelling.
  • Work closely with web developers to ensure visual alignment and usability.

Marketing & Campaign Design

  • Design

    social media posts, reels thumbnails, and ad creatives

    for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
  • Support

    email marketing

    and

    Google Ads campaigns

    with compelling visuals and landing page graphics.
  • Adapt designs for multiple formats (1:1, 9:16, 16:9, and responsive web).

Print & Marketing Collateral

  • Design

    brochures, product flyers, and corporate decks

    for ExperGo offerings
  • Create

    sales and investor presentations

    ,

    proposal templates

    , and

    case study layouts

    .
  • Develop

    event branding, standees, and marketing collateral

    for offline promotions.

Motion Graphics & Video Support (Preferred)

  • Create animated assets or short explainers for

    YouTube, Reels, and product demos

    .
  • Design motion graphics templates and transitions for video content.

AI-Enabled Design & Innovation

  • Use

    AI design tools

    (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, DALL•E, Canva Magic Studio) for concept exploration, image enhancement, and faster iteration.
  • Experiment with generative visuals for campaign storytelling and brand concepts.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with

    content writers, marketers, and developers

    to ensure creative cohesion.
  • Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining

    clarity, consistency, and speed

    .

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in

    digital, brand, or web design

    (agency/startup preferred).
  • Proficiency in

    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

    ,

    Figma

    , and

    Canva

    .
  • Experience designing for

    LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and websites

    .
  • Understanding of

    UI/UX principles

    and responsive layouts.
  • Familiarity with

    AI-based design tools

    (Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, DALL•E) is a plus.
  • Strong grasp of

    typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling

  • Excellent collaboration, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
