Graphic Designer Educational Content

Roles and Responsibilities Design & Visual Content Development: • Create visually engaging and age-appropriate designs using Corel Draw and other design software. • Develop layouts and illustrations for educational products, including textbooks, worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, and marketing materials. • Design 2D and 3D animation (added advantage) to enhance digital learning experiences. Collaboration & Creative Execution: • Collaborate with content developers, marketing, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions aligned with product goals and brand guidelines. • Translate complex educational ideas into clear, creative visuals that appeal to students, parents, and educators. Project Management: • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. • Organize and maintain a library of design files and assets for efficient collaboration and reuse. Research & Innovation: • Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices in educational and creative design. • Bring innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and learner engagement across both print and digital formats. Communication & Presentation: • Present design ideas and creative concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams. • Work in an open, collaborative environment with feedback and revision cycles. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other relevant design tools. • Experience with animation software (2D/3D) is a plus. Skills: • Strong design portfolio showcasing versatility across styles and formats. • Experience in designing educational content or print/digital assets for school products is highly desirable. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Strong time management and organizational abilities. • Detail-oriented, creative thinker with a passion for design.
