Graphic Designer

We are a creative and fast-growing company looking for a talented and self-driven Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a hybrid role that allows you to work both from home and at the office as required. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, a passion for creativity, and the ability to handle multiple design tasks with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, banners, and digital marketing creatives
• Create brochures, flyers, posters, logos, and other print materials
• Edit and retouch images as needed for marketing purposes
• Assist in developing brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency
• Collaborate with content writers and the marketing team for campaign visuals
• Create basic motion graphics (if skilled) for reels and short videos
• Ensure timely delivery of design tasks as per brief

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Knowledge of CorelDRAW, InDesign, or Premiere Pro (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to take feedback and work in a collaborative environment
• Knowledge of social media trends and creative formats

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in graphic designing
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills (mandatory)
• Must be comfortable with hybrid work (remote + occasional office presence)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Remote flexibility available as per project needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
