Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer for an e-commerce/education domain, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of design assets for both digital and print media. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing static, motion graphics, and videos for digital assets, print media, branding, merchandise, and below-the-line (BTL) activities. - Collaborating with the IT, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to create visually stunning designs, webpage mock-ups, logos, illustrations, and marketing campaign creatives. - Developing various concept routes, designs, and color palettes based on promotion themes for digital assets and campaigns, and incorporating feedback for improvements. - Creating print media graphics for BTL and internal branding purposes. - Managing the complete design process from conceptualization to testing, approval, and implementation. - Adhering to media content calendar and timelines of various departments to ensure the seamless delivery of creative content. This role will provide you with good exposure to the e-commerce and education segments. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Adobe Suite, with proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD. Additional experience in InDesign and CorelDRAW is preferred. Key Skills required for this role include: - Expertise in Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and XD. - Hands-on experience in InDesign and CorelDRAW. - Strong storyboard creation skills that effectively highlight the theme in the design concept. - Designing UI mock-ups with multiple concept routes, including static, motion graphics, and video creatives. - Creative thinking and problem-solving approach for adapting and testing graphics across different media. - Effective interpersonal communication skills in a highly collaborative team environment. Qualifications for this role include: - 3-5 years of relevant experience. - MFA or a relevant degree in design and fine arts. - Design portfolio showcasing work with reputable brands, preferably from the e-commerce domain. - Good written and spoken English communication skills.
