Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role located in Kolkata. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, developing branding materials, working on logo designs, and ensuring effective typography. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with clients branding and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for

  social media, ads, websites, branding, print media, and presentations

• Develop complete visual directions for campaigns, from concepts to final execution.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, content, and ads teams to produce conversion-focused designs.
• Deliver

  high-volume creatives efficiently

  without compromising quality.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Stay updated on design trends and incorporate them into ongoing work.
• Manage multiple projects at once and ensure timely delivery.
• Convert briefs into visually engaging content with minimal supervision.
• Prepare final files for print and digital production.

Required Skills & Experience

• 56 years of professional design experience

  in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma (preferred), Canva (optional but useful).
• Expertise in designing for social media ads, brand identities, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and deliver polished work quickly.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative styles and projects.
• Experience in motion graphics (After Effects / Premiere Pro).
• Experience working with marketing/ad agencies.
• Ability to create storyboards and campaign concepts.
• Understanding of UI/UX basics.
