Position Overview

Peejay Max is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to develop high-quality visual content, manage social media activities, and support lead data management. The ideal candidate should bring strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce engaging multimedia content that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Development

• Design posters, banners, digital creatives, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging video content for campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and media formats.

Social Media Execution

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to increase reach and engagement.

Lead Data Management

• Maintain and update lead information in the database.
• Organize and prioritize leads for the sales team.
• Prepare and share periodic lead reports.

Video Editing & Production

• Edit promotional, corporate, and social media videos using industry-standard software.
• Add effects, transitions, and sound to enhance video quality.
• Work on storyboarding, trimming, and refining raw footage into polished final outputs.
• Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator (video editing experience essential).
• Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
• Experience in social media content creation and management.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of data entry.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 3–6 years

Working Hours : 9.00 am – 5.30 pm
