Graphic Designer Cum UI UX Designer-EDTECH

• We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer cum UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging user experiences
• You will be responsible for creating stunning visuals for our digital products and ensuring that the user interface and user experience are seamless and visually appealing

Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:

• Design visually engaging graphics for digital platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and social media
• Create branding materials including logos, banners, posters, and marketing collateral
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for visual concepts and presentations
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital and print mediums

UI/UX Design:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and design solutions that address user needs and business goals
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Continuously improve user experience by analyzing user feedback and conducting usability testing

Design Collaboration:

• Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented to the highest standards
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative design solutions
• Provide design direction and feedback to junior designers or interns as required

Requirements:Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)

Skills:

Strong proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, InVision, etcGood understanding of HTML/CSS for responsive designExperience in prototyping and wireframing (using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, etc)Familiarity with interaction design principles and usability testingA portfolio that demonstrates both creative and practical design solutions

Experience:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolioPrior experience working on digital products (websites, mobile apps, etc)Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
