Graphic Designer cum Office Assistant

We are seeking a Graphic Designer cum Office Assistant to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines creative design responsibilities with administrative office support. The ideal candidate should be versatile, organized, and eager to contribute in both creative and operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visual content for digital platforms (social media, website, email campaigns)
• Design brochures, banners, posters, and marketing materials
• Edit photos as needed
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on visual campaigns

Office Assistant:

• Handle basic administrative tasks
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments
• Maintain documents and records
• Assist in day-to-day office operations

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• 1–3 years in a similar role
