Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop print collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, standees, catalogs, and corporate stationery.
• Design creatives for digital platforms including social media, websites, emailers, banners, and presentation
• Support corporate communication initiatives including internal campaigns, leadership messages, events, and town halls
• Create visual assets for brand campaigns, product launches, conferences, and exhibitions
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity
• Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, HR, Corporate Communications) to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies when required
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines
• Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and formats to enhance visual storytelling

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint design and basic motion/video tools (After Effects / Premiere Pro preferred)
• Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
• Ability to convert complex ideas into simple, impactful visuals
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
