Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can conceptualize and execute visually stunning designs for a diverse range of materials. This includes crafting engaging graphics for internal office events, compelling social media content, marketing collateral, emailer, consistent branding materials, and video presentations.The designer will partner with internal marketing team, people (HR) team, product, and other teams to understand project briefs, delivering high-quality designs that not only meet their specific needs but also reinforce brand identity across all platforms.

This role requires adept project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines, all while staying current with the latest design trends and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate innovative design concepts based on project briefs.
• Create and oversee the development of captivating graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various materials including:
• People engagement team emailers
• Marketing materials (print and digital)
• Video Presentations
• PowerPoint presentations
• Edit and optimize existing internal and public-facing mailers for design and user experience.
• Ensure all designs adhere to CBRE global brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
• Prepare and oversee the delivery of print-ready files, managing color profiles and resolution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and people (HR) teams and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure email designs align with strategic objectives of the campaign.
• Utilize advanced graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Organize and manage design files, ensuring accessibility and version control.
• Manage multiple mailer design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.

Key Requirement:

• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Creative Leadership: Proven ability to lead creative brainstorming sessions, guide a design team, and drive.
• Strong creative flair and attention to detail.Expertise in selecting and using fonts effectively, including knowledge of advanced typography techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of color theory and its impact on design.
• Experience creating PowerPoint and video presentations.
• Motion design experience is a plus for creating engaging email animations and video presentations.
• Communication & Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills to understand and convey design concepts to a broader team.
