Junior/Mid-Level Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
Design and Production:
Develop and execute high-quality visual content for both print and digital platforms, including:Print Assets:
Brochures, flyers, packaging, presentations, and other corporate collateral using Adobe InDesign
.Digital Graphics:
Social media content, website banners, email graphics, and display ads using Adobe Photoshop
and Illustrator
.Illustrations & Logos:
Create original vector graphics, icons, and logo concepts using Adobe Illustrator

Brand Adherence:
Ensure all creative work is consistent with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet strategic objectives.File Management:
Prepare and finalize files for printing and digital distribution, ensuring technical specifications are met.Iterative Design:
Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and iterate designs efficiently to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years
of professional experience in graphic design, either in-house or at an agency.Expert proficiency
in the Adobe Creative Suite

Demonstrated experience in multi-page layout, typesetting, and print preparation.Adobe Illustrator:
Strong ability to create complex vector graphics, illustrations, and scalable assets.Adobe Photoshop:
Proficiency in photo manipulation, color correction, and preparing images for web/print.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
