About The Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can handle

high-volume creative production

while maintaining clean, consistent visual quality. This role involves creating large batches of social media posts, ads, banners, and marketing visuals on a daily or weekly basis. You must be comfortable working fast, following clear brand guidelines, and producing multiple versions/variations of the same concept.

Responsibilities

  • Produce bulk batches of creatives for social media, ads, promotions, and campaigns
  • Create multiple variations of the same design for A/B testing
  • Resize, reformat, and adapt designs for different platforms
  • Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual quality
  • Work closely with content/marketing teams for daily creative requirements
  • Manage large volumes of assets without compromising speed or quality

Skills Required

  • Strong design fundamentals: layout, spacing, typography, grids
  • Ability to work fast and handle repetitive or high-volume tasks
  • Good understanding of social media and marketing design patterns
  • Proficiency in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator
  • Portfolio showing clean, consistent design work and high-volume capability

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in performance marketing or content-heavy brands
  • Basic motion skills
  • Experience working with templates or design systems
