Your main areas of focus will be on creative development of ad and brand visuals in various formats, providing direction and delivery for motion, static, and storytelling-led design, integrating AI tools into workflows efficiently, and leading team mentorship, peer reviews, and collaboration with stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of experience in digital design with a strong emphasis on marketing. You must possess the ability to lead without ego, be a strong communicator, and have a keen visual thinking ability. Proficiency in modern tools such as Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, and AI-enhancers is essential. A portfolio showcasing your versatile and strong design work across different channels will be required.
