Please note that this is a Monday to Saturday role based in Bangalore, HSR Layout. Responsibilities - Understand creative briefs and develop innovative ideas and designs for applications, websites, social media, online advertisements (Facebook, Google, YouTube), and out-of-home advertising. - Manage end-to-end project execution in alignment with brand guidelines. - Excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. - Design high-quality graphics tailored for various event IPs. - Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions. - Take ownership of assigned projects. - Monitor and analyze engagement levels and conversions to assess performance. Requirements - 0 to 4 years of professional experience. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. - Ability to independently create graphics from initial concept to final rendering. - Strong understanding of typography, imagery, colors, composition, and visual layouts. - Open to feedback and capable of delivering creatives promptly. - Solid portfolio showcasing graphic design expertise. - Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D is a plus. - Up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques. - Commitment to meeting deadlines. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,
